2. Income Requirement: Combined net monthly income must be at least three times the rent (in this case, $5,400/month).
3. Documents Needed per applicant: Proof of income (pay stubs covering 60 consecutive days) and a copy of a valid driver’s license.
4. Screening: Credit check and employment verification are part of the approval process.
5. Rental History: Applicants must have no prior evictions and no bankruptcies within the past five (5) years.
6. Criminal Background: No felony convictions allowed.
7. Pet Policy: Strict no-pet rule, but one certified service animal is permitted with documentation, liability insurance, and non-refundable pet deposit of $500.
